Why is the camera blurry during face scans?
This app is failing the face verification process because it’s making the camera blurry for some reason during the face scan.
Scanning cards, works perfect and the images come out crystal clear.
When scanning your face, the camera is blurry as if your camera is dirty or something which is not the case.
For a moment, I thought something was wrong with the front facing camera on my iPhone 15 Pro Max until I opened the default camera app on my iPhone along with other apps, and the blurry effect wasn’t present.
Something is definitely wrong with this app, I guess I’ll try again in a month or so (if I have the patience).
App doesn’t work
Will not activate my mobile ID at all. Keeps sending an error code. Support is no help. They told me to turn off certain apps that I don’t even have. Why can’t we just add our ID to our mobile wallet like our credit and debit cards. This is stupid.
Think about it

Works Great, Easy to Install
I installed this on April 23, without a problem. It has opened and functioned as expected without fail.
Downfall
The only downfall is it’s only available to IOS users (Apple) & not available to Android yet. I immediately shared the app with everyone I’m close to, since most of us aren’t aware of it. Sadly, some have an Android device and would love to download it but can’t. I would also like to add it to my Apple Wallet but I don’t see where it will allow you to do so.
**Over all, it’s super neat to have a state certified ID with ease. I’m bad about misplacing mine so this is really nice to always have.**
Worst app I’ve ever used
I don’t know why I have to move a dot around with my nose but it keeps asking me if I’m having trouble. I’m not. You are. Waste of space in the App Store.
Completely pointless
Downloaded this app on MS DMV recommendation when I was out of town and lost my drivers license and needed a replacement immediately. You’d think that if you keyed in your info it’d allow you to access your license. See the picture, renew it, etc. Nope, not til you take a pic of your license. How is this any more efficient than just keeping a picture of it on your phone? Deleted immediately.
Don’t need an app and selfie never works.
Just support apple’s digital id feature in the wallet. I don’t need another app taking up space when the feature exists on the phone already. Also the selfie verification never works no matter the lighting conditions.
Visually impaired
It is impossible to get the face ID to work if you are a blind person like myself. Tried numerous times even with help from other people and still could not get this to work. There should be a workaround for blind people who cannot follow the dots.
Ridiculous !!!!
This app is such a joke. My camera works fine but not on this app. The “ use your nose to move the line” is laughable !!!!! To have one to jump through the hoops as this app does is hateful and sadistic!!!. The designer or designers must have had no training in developing user friendly apps.
