I have an iPhone 6 that will only allow an operating system up to version 12 point something. When I try to install this app, it tells me it needs to be version 13 or higher, but if I want to download an older version I can so I say yes. It downloads the older app but then when I launch it, it immediately tries to force me to update it. I cannot open the older version. It automatically did this on the computer, just not the app. Other than that the app is easy to use. Which it does not ask you to set up, so I assume it's my account number. I proceed to the next screen where it asked me to confirm my identity by asking all these questions..
