Sad when it’s easier to just look the numbers up as opposed to using an app to scan the tickets. I feel like they intentionally make it lousy, I mean they do have literally billions of dollars to develop a half decent app. Trash.

Errors when trying to use current password. Asked to reset password. Took a 1/2 hour for email to arrive. The it would not accept new password even though it showed it passed all criteria. Then the biometrics kept erroring, and I could not get out of a continuous loop. Covered camera for facial recognition, and now it says I have to wait an hour to reset password.

Terrible app. Was working great now I get no drawing points when I enter tickets. Told maker about it and they just said it randomly gives points now and they can’t do anything about it.

I received some scratchers for Christmas and wanted to scan them in the app. Created my account and I cannot verify my account because the app won’t send the email to confirm the account.

It just doesn’t work ever after you sign up you can not log back in and it doesn’t send a link for forgot password and you can not make a new account. Just busted.

Disappointed half the time the scanning ability doesn’t work to scan scratcher tickets and the app not longer allows you to enter them manually

Can’t they fire who develops this app and go back to who did the app 5 years ago! This app is below poor

This app is horrible. It crashes ALL THE TIME and logins fail

I can’t even log in. It fails everytime I attempt.

I don’t know what you people did, but you took a perfectly good scanner that went from superfast to super slow. It rated five stars before this latest update which was within the last week. Now you only get one please fix it.
