## Mist Reviews in United States

### ****- "Great at what it does"
It would be nice if the apple health integration was complete. E.g. automatically syncing my weight.
-- Skepticalgecko, 2025-08-25

### ****- "Perfect, but very limiting."
I think this app is absolutely perfect for people (aka me) who hate the tedious task of having to look up specific foods, log the amount, log which meal it is several times a day every day--it's TOO much. Being able to just type in what you ate is perfect. However, I ran out of room in the demo lol. I highly recommend expanding it a bit more so people can try it out for a few days and be able to view their log history or something to see if they're hitting their goals consistently.

As for the pay structure to keep using it, personally, I'd rather buy the app outright than pay a subscription, so I hope the developer considers making that an option.
-- toorightgosh, 2025-08-04

### **--- "Incorrect Information"
Love the concept, but the first food I entered was wrong. For “Orgain Protein Shake” the macros are different each time I enter it. Even after manually updating the serving size (even though I had typed it in) it was still wrong.
-- unsubscribeme, 2025-07-17

### ****- "Fantastic idea, needs more integrations"
Both beautiful and intuitive. Clean interface and doesn’t make food logging feel intimidating or tedious.

However, I wish it would export calories to Apple Health and have the option to display the timestamps for when I logged a meal versus just one flat, ordered list.
-- Geekplaya, 2025-07-13

### *---- "AI doesn’t know what a pulled pork sandwich is"
Can’t determine how many calories is one pulled pork sandwich and even things as simple as cheese fries
-- NyYankees99, 2025-07-01

### ***** "Pretty amazing so far"
So far I love the app. I like that I can ask how much potassium I have had for the day, magnesium, salt and that it tracks calories, proteins and carbs. It is quick and simple. I tested Chat GPT yesterday and it seems like the free version can do the same thing for me so I am struggling making the jump to a yearly subscription but I am thinking about it because I feel this app is a little more organized than Chat GPT. After my trial is over I’m going to try Chat GPT for a few days, but if it’s gets to be where I am missing Mist I’ll get a year subscription because I think it will truly help me. I just can’t justify the high cost yet if Chat GPT can do the same thing for me.

### ***** "Changed My Life"
I previously wrote a review for this app about a day or two into downloading it. I claimed it was too expensive and that I wanted an ad model.

I couldn’t be more wrong. I’ve been using Mist since May 17th, and I’ve always been an underweight girly. Finally, since using this app, I’ve gained weight and am ENJOYING tracking my food. I’m actually eating more because of how easy and fun it is. I’ve always had trouble eating.

The notes app concept is genius and way easier than all those confusing fitness apps that actually DO charge a bundle. The AI is pretty amazing at analyzing your entries and you can always change something manually if you need to.

I’ll say, I reached out with a question about the app last night, and the VERY NEXT MORNING, the Mist team and developer got back to me personally and resolved it for me.

This has quickly become the app that has ACTUALLY changed my life, coming from someone who’s appetite and eating habits previously were awful, to someone who now enjoys eating more just so I can track it in the Mist app, lol!

### ****- "Good, but could be better with a barcode scanner"
Good, but could be better with a barcode scanner
-- Saaketh S, 2025-05-23

### ***-- "Great, but costs money"
Best app I’ve ever used… too bad it costs money, quite a lot at that. Maybe an ad model would be better
-- Ro Ro's game, 2025-04-30

### ***** "Nice"
Great new calorie counter
-- Ulquiorr, 2025-04-09
