Mister Car Wash

Not much of a app . Was able to download several times tried opening it several times and just clocked . iPhone user

I was a member before “Mister Car Wash” took over and decided to keep my membership and give them a try and I am glad I did. There was an incident where my card was charged twice and I went inside to speak to someone about it and Brittney assisted me and was very helpful, kind and professional. She assured me my problem would be resolved and it was. The money was refunded back to my card in a very timely manner. David and Chase have also assisted me with any questions I may have and are always professional and polite. Thank you Brittney, David, and Chase for being so helpful and for your professionalism. I truly appreciate it. Your customer service skills are on point.

This app is garbage. All it does is spin the load symbol and do nothing. Don’t waste your time and just use the bad website instead. At least that one loads a little faster.

Happy with car wash but app doesn’t work at all.

My kids love the lights in the tunnel

App is painful, the spinning wheel is ubiquitous pretty much every time you need to navigate, update, link accounts…will have to waste time at a location straighten all this out!

Literally just gotten the membership. I like the wash itself but I download this app and just keeps loading and loading. I removed it and redownloaded and still same thing. So the start is just for this app. Car wash itself I like.

It is very hard to find how to cancel membership and continues to bring you back to the same screen for selecting which membership you want. It is very disappointing and time consuming and getting nowhere!!

Give these folks a raise!

I like the friendly service staff and cool lights in the tunnel.
