## Mister Softee Reviews in United States

### *---- "So inaccurate"
I don’t know what the point is to have this app the trucks don’t even show true location. There is no point to download this app.
-- Hugugyvyfyyf, 2024-10-14

### *---- "Not accurate"
Doesn’t show a truck in my general area at all even when the truck is on the block. He usually doesn’t stop for a few seconds to allow people to get outside and by the time you hear the music it’s too late
-- brynnlin19, 2024-09-29

### *---- "Trucks don’t exist"
We drove to the exact location of the closest truck (which was not moving) and it was nowhere to be found. Checked every side street and drove around for 45 minutes.
-- supermikeyofdoom, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Completely Useless App"
We were so excited to find this app so that we could locate the Mr. Softee truck in our area. Imagine our disappointment when the app completely failed us. Don’t bother downloading. Better just to sit on your porch and listen for that favorite jingle.
-- Philly Mom XXIV, 2024-09-24

### ***** "It works!"
I tired it immediately after downloading. I didn’t sign up for an account, and only used the ‘guest’ mode. It worked flawlessly. I’m not sure why others are having trouble, but in NYC, it accurately pointed out the Mister Softees, and showed when they were leaving (and I did a visual confirmation, as there were several in a few block radius of where I was).
-- Uniquename1234, 2024-09-17

### *---- "Horrible, should add phones in trucks"
They should add phones and trucks so they can get orders and bring the orders to you
-- Lukejrbejebsid, 2024-09-02

### **--- "Has great potential, but someone needs to work on the app."
Kids rarely play outside these days. We usually don’t hear the truck until it’s too late and it’s passing our house. If the app could alert you when it’s in the neighborhood that would put people on the alert to get their money and kids ready. Maybe even announce it via Google home or Alexa. If the franchisor is not going to maintain the app, hand it over to someone who will.
-- Kjmurp, 2024-09-02

### *---- "Does not work"
I am literally standing where it says the truck should be. This is the third time that I have been next to this truck and yet there is no truck. The app simply does not work.
-- re-Viewz, 2024-08-12

### ***** "Ap"
Loading
-- Extreme Hurricane, 2024-08-09

### **--- "??"
Why do they all say that they been on the road since June 29th 2023??? Also all of the ice cream truck drivers aren’t moving they’ve been there for 3 days lol
