So Many Fees
The site has so many fees for everything. Read the cancellation terms for each host closely and also at checkout make sure you uncheck the default “add ons” that tack in more to your total. My first experience was a bit of a bust with my host also hosting the apartment on several other sites which was not written on the listing. This made a “cozy” experience feel like a hostel situation. Lastly it’s hard to book for your first time especially if hosts want to see some reviews or verify your identity. The app doesn’t allow you to post your profile in the chat from other bnb sites for hosts to view and determine that you’re legitimate. This made finding a place as a new user challenging since the chat blocked external websites. I appreciate a place that support LGBTQ travel but I feel like you’re paying the gay tax (ie increased costs in comparison to non-gay sites) using this app.

Lovely hotel and staff.
The staff was very helpful. They assisted us with dinner reservations. So helpful. The pool was a nice way to end the day. Very happy American!
Exceptional Stay in Wine Country!
Asti Ridge, and the hosts Erik and Robert, provide for a five star Sonoma experience. From the moment you drive and approach the property to the amenities and quality details, this stay exceeds most luxury resorts. Both of the hosts are welcoming and helpful in navigating the best of wine country. They have made for an incredible, high quality, memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Used it a couple times while traveling in Spain and had a great time!
