## MiTek® Mobile Viewer Reviews in United States

### ***** "iOS 26.2"
Support , please fix, doesn’t open any files on new IOS26.2
-- ijhgtfd, 2026-01-18

### ****- "Useful, but room for improvement"
My field teams love this app in addition to their printed layout, but functionality could be added to greatly improve utility. The key feature that this app is missing is the ability to view truss profiles, particularly with SE jobs. Other useful additions would be to show wall heights on object selection and the ability to pull measurements in 3D space.
-- not even scared of sharks now, 2021-05-12

### ****- "Powerful Tool"
Great tool of communication. It does need a few more visibility switches to allow better customization so that confusion will be minimal.
-- BAdolf, 2019-04-22

### ***** "Useful on the jobsite"
This app makes it simple to walk a job and know what framing parts go where. The app is especially useful when trusses get damaged or need to be altered for ductwork.
-- Mmmvegas, 2018-10-17

### ***-- "8.0 Compatible?????"
I second that!! It doesn't work with 8.0. I am a general contractor and have been trying to view models drawn up by my truss company to share with my homeowners. Has worked great in the past, but now I'm back to showing my homeowners fixed 3D PDFs. Not cool!!! Please update! SOON!!!!!!
-- bassman5757, 2016-04-20

### ***-- "Doesn't work with 8.0"
Please update this so it works with Sapphire 8.0!
-- Dan Millions, 2016-03-28

### ***-- "Stereoscopic option?"
Please provide stereoscopic option.
-- RawCat Man, 2015-10-06

### ***** "Best software tool available"
I downloaded this app to get a good overview of Sapphire and was very impressed at the capabilities. It's a great way to share with others what the software can do. When out with a colleague somewhere, I can just show them from my the ease of my phone, what Sapphire can do for them and then they can contact MiTek for further assistance when they realize it is a smart tool for growing their business.
-- Engineeringbydesign, 2014-04-09

### *---- "Doesn't work at all"
The app opens to a black screen and won't do anything at all. Too bad, it used to be a beautiful app.
-- Mathias2theG, 2013-09-14

### ***** "OMG! great app"
What a great app thanks Mitek i have iphone 4s and works wonders
