## Mitel Connect Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Worst phone support app ever don’t not recommend
-- Caddys22, 2024-08-02

### *---- "Crashes all the time"
This app is pretty terrible. It frequently gives a “Reconnecting” error message that renders the app useless for 10-45 seconds each time the error message comes up. Once connected, the connection is often poor causing voice distortion.
-- chris728638496, 2024-06-21

### *---- "If you want an app that works half the time you found it!"
I have never been so frustrated by an app or company. We use this for our business to be able to work remote some days. It is always a 50/50 chance it will work, otherwise you’ll spend half your day on hold with their customer service that will tell you it is a “glitch” they are having with no ETA for help in sight.
-- MyReview123z, 2024-06-20

### *---- "Crash!!!!!"
This app crashes on a regular basis. I never know how it’s going to perform. Right now it won’t even open and I’m going to need to reinstall it again!
-- Tammylaw, 2023-09-28

### *---- "Crashes after initial install"
After the latest iOS update it crashes after initial install and configuration Unusable at this time
-- DrewFell, 2023-07-18

### ***** "It works well"
Not sure what else to say. We made a big tech jump from a 25-30 year old Panasonic dbs phone system to the mitel cloud system in early '22. That was teriffic. This app was the cherry on top !!
-- steve j - annapolis, 2022-12-20

### *---- "iPhone issues"
Having problems connecting with iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m current with the IOS and never to setup / connect. My coworker android will work but not with my iPhone. Is there a fix for this problem???
-- Mauiguyharry, 2022-11-04

### *---- "Phone locked after 10 minutes….no app"
It’s a good app when you have the phone unlocked and the app is on screen, but when you switch apps or lock the phone after awhile it loses the connection to the on prem server. That makes it fairly useless as a mobile app (yes background app refresh and use cellular data are on).
-- noname687354354, 2022-11-03

### *---- "Worst app ever"
App always gives me an error that it can’t connect to the server. Honestly just a waste of space on my phone since it never actually works anyway.
-- A127, 2022-10-11

### *---- "Great way to encourage working in the office"
We have been using this application at our job to facilitate office line calls while working from home during the pandemic. It will disconnect and forward your calls directly to your phone with no indication at a moments notice. All in all an amazing way to encourage never working remote again
