## MITSUBISHI MOTORS 360 CONNECT Reviews in Philippines

### **--- "Booking Status Not Updated after Service"
Booking and approval is quick but the status isn’t updated so it stays at “Approved”. This prevents the booking for the next PMS.
-- awvgf, 2024-01-06

### *---- "It’s a useless app"
I can’t enter a PMS schedule no matter how I tinker on the app. Stressful.
-- Unsatisfied Mitsu app user, 2023-11-27

### *---- "Not so helpful"
App now working after cancelling an appointment. Trying to book for my PMS but the screen is just blank
-- RonAu, 2023-10-24

### *---- "Incompatibility"
This app seems not compatible with iOS17. Is there any plans to patch a new version?
-- Vin_bambino, 2023-10-02

### *---- "Login issues"
I was initially able to use the app but eventually got logged out. The problem occurs when I try to login again. It doesn’t recognize the password that I had set. When I try to reset the password, I am unable to. It says ‘Failed due to invalid token or User not found’. When I try to just create a new account using my email and phone number, it doesn’t allow me as it recognizes that I already have an account. So, it’s basically useless.
-- jaymalik, 2023-08-16

### *---- "Not accessible to other phone"
I have encountered a lot of difficulty with this app. I successfully download it, but when I tried to open it, only shows that it is loading.
-- Rrobeb, 2023-04-26

### *---- "Can’t rebook"
Can’t rebook.
-- Jun Montenegro, 2022-10-11

### *---- "Useless"
One integral part of this application was for booking services. However it is useless because either the dealership have their own system or they will still treat you as walk-in client. In addition, history log of pms also not registered
-- rjazz13, 2022-09-03

### *---- "Is phone verification code sent manually by a person? After 3 hours?"
What a lousy registration page. The verification code is sent after 3 hours, by that time, the registration page had already refreshed, and the code is no longer valid. Should your customers register 10x to be registered?
-- Riz dlc, 2022-09-01

### *---- "MAJOR IMPROVEMENT NEEDED"
Needs super improvement
-- rabishhhh00000, 2022-08-14
