## Mivo Scrolling Description
Mivo helps you interrupt automatic scrolling by making each session intentional. Before you open a distracting app, choose why you are going in, set a time limit, and let Mivo guide you back out when the timer ends.

Unlike harsh blockers, Mivo starts with a 3-day observation period. It learns your baseline from your own estimate and real usage, then builds a gentle plan that reduces screen time gradually.

Features:
• Intentional scroll sessions with clear timers
• Add-time and emergency unlock flows that make you pause first
• 3-day baseline observation before your plan starts
• Weekly progress reports and simple trend insights
• Reflection prompts after sessions
• Screen Time app protection using Apple Family Controls

Mivo is designed for people who want less mindless scrolling without turning their phone into a punishment system. It helps you notice patterns, protect your attention, and build a calmer relationship with distracting apps.

## Mivo Scrolling Reviews in United States

### ***** "BEST APP EVER"
I tried many screen time apps before, but none of them fit me and my lifestyle. However, Mivo’s advanced tech and clean UI allowed me to save on average 2hrs per day.
-- mivo glazer, 2026-06-25

### ***** "From 5 hrs to just 2 hrs in 15 days!"
BEST APP!
-- soham57864, 2026-06-18

### ***** "Great for students like me"
To be honest, I didn’t expect to care that much about my screen time until I started using Mivo. It’s cool because the app doesn’t try to shame you or force you to stop using your phone, it just makes you more aware of your habits. This app definitely made me realize how often I open apps without thinking about it.

### ***** "Super Effective"
The app works brilliantly! My screen time lowered 2 hours on average compared to before and I finally enjoy more time with my friends and feel satisfied with myself not wasting endless hours on my phone. Highly recommend!
