New review: Wrote to support. Support asked for photos of my issues. I sent back a video showing how the app doesn’t work for me at all. I can’t even add URLs while in the app itself. Didn’t hear back from support at Mix. I never enjoyed this app the way I enjoyed SU so I’m guessing the right move is to delete this app and browse for stuff on my own. Thanks for wasting my time saving stuff to your app and not providing a way to download all that effort. ——- Old review: Was able to use it until I decided to update for “bugs and performance improvements”. What a greatly enhanced experience! So smooth it’s almost like nothing is happening. Can you guys tell me how to fix this? Or tell me how to downgrade to my previous version with which I had no issues (except a bad UX design)...

I like the app, but please move the like/dislike button back to the bottom. With it on the left side I can’t see the entire post. Super annoying

But not without its issues. First of all, I think this app is causing a sound bug. Even if my sound is on the first notch, it will randomly play at FULL VOLUME and it’s the worst. Other than that, the algorithm is kinda interesting. You like something for the content and it seems to throw everything out of whack because everything has tags on it that just do not apply. You like a piece of art but it has “couch” applied to it as one of the tags so you start getting pictures of couches… or people or pets laying on couches.

Not the same as SU but great and fun nonetheless.

That’s how much they need to thank you for this app. And if they could think with it, they might be able to have a chance. Why put a boutique company—that doesn’t use ads by ways of mysterious data profiteering—in this much light? It’s fun, it cares and it’s true. If you would work on the app not losing the track when we post a previous feed to Twitter and swipe back, it would help out so much—so so-so much. Thank you 3.1.2 or greater. Thank you Mix app for years of intelligent browsing and entertainment, information and enlightenment. Is there a way to integrate GPT in the mind of Mix? An essay that integrates multimedia sources and plays the words plus the media when it’s time would be astounding, especially if you would have an avatar animate verbal illustrations and its own movements and emotions to make astonishing impressions on an ever-growing number of living pupils of life. At 16k saves, I’d have to say your app is the one I’d save—surely of the top six. I need room for margin of error because I’ve browsed like 16k websites in three years so, give my memory as a while a reasonable margin of erosion. I’m certainly saving this app.

This app is kind of fun to use. You can pick some topics and see nice pictures. But not for too long, if you care about battery life. It seems like something is really badly optimized. My phone gets hot in my hand using this app, and the battery drains rapidly. What I’m seeing is mostly pictures, and the battery drain is worse than many video streaming apps. I’d say skip it until they fix it.

If you compare Mix to TikTok, they aren’t the same app. But, pay close attention to the UI (user interface). Doesn’t it look the same? Except, the middle button (Mix logo) only scrolls down. The plus sign on TikTok takes you to where you can create a new video. It’s also kinda like Pinterest. But I don’t have that. But pay close attention to “Pinterest” and “Expand your mind.” See any similarities? Anyways, it’s a good app. 5/5 I recommend.

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about, I think it’s wonderful. I had almost forgotten about SU but ran across an old SU email while cleaning out my in box. I clicked the link to see what would happen and it took me to Mix. The interface looks a little different but the result is the same. Just go through the categories and pick what you’d like to see and wonderful images and videos show up just like SU. I’m so happy that I have SU again. Todays great re/discovery.
