## Mix Magazine+ Reviews in United States

### *---- "Meh"
This magazine is nearly dead.

I prefer Sound On Sound magazine. Nearly 200 pages of content per issue and much better credible content.
-- Dean Zigler, 2022-05-12

### ***** "Where are the rest of my issues?????"
I did the update as instructed to continue reading, then all of my issues prior to this year have disappeared. I PAID FOR THOSE!!!!
If I can no longer see them via the app, mail me all that I paid for.
-- Deyril, 2018-12-18

### *---- "Swamped with back issues."
This app needs a new interface. All your issues are piled on top of years of back issues, so finding an issue to read is just like have 40 mix magazines sitting on a pile on the floor. Except that you would own all those, as opposed to having to always check the " preview" or " download" button. I just want to read my issue with out having to sort back and forth through the apps forced back issue browser every time I open the app. I will not be renewing my subscription.
-- digiscene, 2016-03-02

### ***-- "Great magazine"
Love the magazine. Had it on iPhone 5 and I was working. Does not work on iPhone 6+. Opens then disappears. You can see it when you go to view open apps but that's it. Please fix soon or else I'm canceling my subscription.
-- ericwalsh90, 2015-01-07

### *---- "Glitchy… had to uninstall it."
Purchased the iPad version of Mix magazine, downloaded the app, it would only show me other things to buy, tried to authenticate myself, never did anything but show me different things to buy, then it got stuck trying to authenticate. Took about 10 minutes and a reboot of my phone to remove the app. Get it together folks!
-- Mizzonte, 2014-12-10

### ***** "Bravo Ocean Studios - ATL"
Love the ease of use and access to info. Thanks for the story on our studio Mix!
-- Chahwala, 2014-07-11

### *---- "Can't access without purchase"
I have a hardcopy subscription and can't find a way to view without re-subscribing or purchasing.
-- Access code, 2013-12-06

### *---- "Where's my digital edition?"
I subscribe to Mix in print format and was expecting, as many other publishers offer, a way to link my print account to the app and get a digital copy for free. This is not the case. C'mon NewBay!
-- cswadner, 2012-12-20

### *---- "Won't make this mistake again!!"
I should have known better. All of my issues are gone, App Support is nil, and they've moved to a new version. Way to go!! How else can you screw your subscribers? Really, you want me to buy the issues that I've already paid for? Thank, but no thanks. Wish I could just uninstall News Stand all together.

Oh I see....The culprit is New Bay Media!! Uninstalling all of their products. Won't get me twice.
-- ThisMakesMeLooney, 2012-12-01

### *---- "app won't restore previous subscription"
After updating to the new version, none of my old content is transferring, nor is my subscription! Bad Form Mix! Once you delete the old version you're screwed. Plus there is no way to contact anyone about this issue!
-- Marklikewhoa, 2012-10-18
