I love MWTM, but this app is not the best. AirPlay on my TV works great but sometimes downloaded videos won’t play and it crashes once in a while. Please fix it.

So the content is great. And the app is also running fairly stable, but:
With AirPods it automatically switches to 3D Audio with headtracking mode. That doesn’t make any sense with content where critical hearing is essential. There’s also no way to deactivate, because the playback stops as soon as you try to open anything else. Please fix!! The app is pretty much l unusable like this.

Two other things: horizontal mode on iPad would be nice, since all the videos are also in horizontal. 
Downloads are very Buggy. If you download multiple videos, it will stop at some point and never resume. You have to delete these downloads and restart them one by one to make it work.

In 2022 you should be aware, that when you put out an app, your customers will expect a certain level auf functionality and easiness while using your product. I don’t think you’re using your own product. Please change that. Make people happy! The same way your engineers do!

-downloading for offline impossible
-certain classes that I could buy using a web browser can’t be bought inside the app (why? Don’t you want to earn money?)
-your app isn’t really responsive (to bug files maybe under the hood)

It’s so unstable and horrible to use and  please make it possible that I can watch a movie without flipping my phone or pad 90Degrees

Good and easy design. But why is this app not customized for iPad and randomly crashing? As soon as you start the surface it flips into vertical mode which does not make any sense on an iPad. Only when you start to play a video in full size you can turn back to horizontal view. An update is very much needed and for sure appreciated by users who are paying for this service.
