Update
Since the forced update I had to do, in order to view my account I haven’t been able to log in and it says my email doesn’t exist so I can no longer use the app.

Since the forced update I had to do, in order to view my account I haven’t been able to log in and it says my email doesn’t exist so I can no longer use the app.
Still haven’t fixed add card since downloading the app back late last year still can’t add my card every time I try it say “Sorry!We hit a snag. We weren’t able to link your bank card to your MiXR account at this time.” Tried in multiple phones and accounts with different cards. Made a support ticket and never replied.
I, plus 3 others have repeatedly tried to register for this but all of us get a message saying we are signed up even though we are not. When we press reset password, it says you are not registered. Upon speaking with the Manager in a pub it was suggested the app may be faulty for new people, but we’ve been trying for 3 weeks now. If anyone working there reads this, it may be worth checking out thank you. I am sure if we could sign up this may be alright and hopefully 1 day we will find out.
Tried to register as I’ve never used app. Tried with my partners details as well as we had never heard of the app, every time it said we already had an account, tried the forgot password part and it wouldn’t do a thing. Absolute waste of 20 minutes of my life. Don’t bother
Any email address I try, the app tells me an account already exists. When I try to reset my password it says there’s no account associated with the email.
As with others I have not been able to setup an account as tells me one already using that email but when I go to reset password says no account with that email. I have emailed support but this seems to be an ongoing issue
Tried to register, it says I’m already registered with my email. (Def not) so tried resetting password, email not recognised. 🙄🙄 waste of time really, don’t bother.
Spent 5 minutes at the bar trying to register. Told me there was already an account with my email. Went to forgot password and told me there was no account with that email. Waste of time.
Same as a number of other reviews - never downloaded before yet claims I have an account and suggests doing a password reset - when I do password reset is says my account doesn’t exist…
Tried to register using 3 different email addresses. Already registered apparently with all 3! Tried to reset password and behold account does not exist!
