## MIXT Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unusable"
Created an account online on my phone: says invalid email and password. Created an account on desktop web browser: says invalid email address and password. Downloaded app and created account there: invalid email and password. Sent password resent link and changed password AND copied password: invalid email and password. Literally the worst I was going to try you guys for the first time & now I think I’d rather never try. A big middle finger to this horrible UI across all platforms.
-- tommyyazdi, 2026-01-28

### *---- "Slowww + cant look at menu"
Deadly combination of every page taking 30+ seconds to load and needing to click through about 4 of them before we can even see the deals or the menu :) one-star because three-star reviews with these issues dont get noticed
-- Unskippable 30 second ads, 2025-12-03

### *---- "Disgusting place!"
Will never dill with this company again. An error in the app on my address cost me a $20 error and they weren’t willing to help me.
-- NajInNeed, 2025-09-10

### **--- "No Applepay"
Please add Apple Pay to your payment method, this should be a simple but essential feature for a modern restaurant…
-- Dollarayuno, 2025-08-07

### **--- "App is great, reward program is meh"
MIXT is my new obsession so I installed the app to check out the rewards program. It’s so sad. You have to spend over $400 before you ever earn a free salad. That doesn’t really seem like an incentive to drive customer loyalty. Disappointing
-- Lolaaaab7, 2025-07-16

### ****- "Please allow user to look at the menu before picking a delivery time"
The flow is a bit confusing. You have to go through several annoying steps before you can even see what the menu options are. Would much prefer the more conventional menu -> delivery -> delivery time flow if possible.
-- Rolfwiggum, 2025-07-09

### *---- "Physically does not work"
The new app that I downloaded on 6/8/2025 does NOT work! You go to your bag, app says “time is no longer available”, takes you to another screen to choose another time but it’s blank and you can’t do anything.
-- fullvnrg, 2025-06-11

### ***** "Error 941"
Good for rewards but useless for ordering. I just get cryptic and unhelpful “error 941” messages.
-- nolastan333, 2025-05-15

### *---- "Garbage"
The app is full of errors. Please do something. It’s infuriating and I’m trying to cut out ordering through Uber.
-- theblackbanshee, 2025-03-17

### ***-- "Just like website, functions barely"
I had to switch to the app because their website freezes during the payment process. Essentially, the app is just their website rendered in an app format. It’s challenging to scroll through the ingredients and figure out the available options.
