They provide 0 customer support when things go wrong with orders. Stick to apps like just eat where you can get refunds easily and quickly. I followed their outlined process when a restaurant didn’t deliver my food, which was to email MK Eats with order ID and information. They have not responded. So the restaurant got away with my money and I received nothing. Amazing. I’m not using this app again. -- RiyalF, 2024-08-21 ### ***-- "Not the greatest user experience" Good app overall - really annoying that it stops you from watching Picture in Picture whilst using it as well as stopping music when you open the app -- Andym995, 2024-05-14 ### *---- "Apple Pay broken?" App was great for the first year or so? For the past 6 months, whenever I select Apple Pay as my payment option the whole app freezes. Have been resorting to using the website to make orders. Please fix! -- Sparky117, 2023-04-16 ### *---- "Can’t order" I’m getting an error when it tries to retrieve my addresses. There is no way to add a new one. No food for me tonight :( -- @lantis1, 2022-11-18 ### *---- "Will be sticking with Just Eat" Placed my first order via the app, payment processed and then it just hung on pending status until the food turned up. I had no idea if it would arrive or not or if the order had actually been placed. Will stick to Just Eat next time for complete peace of mind, never had any issues there. -- Ihyrdbukgg, 2021-12-11 ### ***** "Finally in my area!!" I am yet to use this app to order take out but I am so glad I found your competition on Facebook which interested me into downloading the app. I am happily surprised that you deliver to my area. Since moving to Hanslope Mk19 , just on the outskirts from Wolverton we have always found it extremely difficult to order take out if we ever fancy a cheat day! The only luck we have is a Chinese in the village and a chip van that comes Wednesday and Fridays. I’m excited to finally use this app! -- Shan_Cain, 2021-09-10 ### ****- "Good with a few tweaks needed" This is a really good idea and great for local independents. A few glitches on the app which need to be sorted. I have let the owners know so hopefully will get fixed soon. Haven’t managed to order through it yet but hoping to this weekend. -- Refsf, 2021-08-20 ### ***** "Brilliant" 1st order completed and it was nice and easy to navigate through the app and set up an account. Seems brilliant, no complaints and no thoughts on how it could be improved ☺️ -- Pudsaz, 2021-07-25 ### ***** "Amazing user experience" Tried MK eats for the first time. Had a fantastic Thai from Pin Petch, fast delivery and really lovely food. The app was fun to use and easy to navigate and kept me informed all the way through. Will always use this app from now on. -- mimisotons, 2021-07-24 ### ***** "Really good service" I’ve Ordered through this app twice now and had excellent experiences both times. Food arrived earlier than expected, really tasty, and the app was easy to use. Thumbs up from me! -- Kah_92, 2021-07-24 [View all MK Eats reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
