I paid for my tickets but instead of printing a ticket or showing my email, I have to download yet another app, give them my data, which they explicitly indicate they will sell and share. Now I have a single point of failure in my phone, and if anything happens to it I'm screwed. The app exists to make my life harder and monetize me. And I'm not even a grouchy geezer! It's just a pain.

This has to be the most cumbersome way to buy tickets. This is the second time I have acquired tickets for games in US and there have been issues both times.

I have travelled from Canada to Cleveland only to receive email this evening that only digital tickets on phone are acceptable. I came with printed tickets in case there were complications. I have spent several hours trying to get app on my phone and trying to retrieve ticket but not successful.

I am so frustrated I am ready to drive the 6 hours home and never return to a major league park outside of Canada.

You need to have a newer iPhone to use this app, and you need to use this app to get into an MLB ballpark, so you need an new/expensive smartphone to access MLB games. Garbage policy. MLB who thought this was a good idea? What about religious groups who refuse to even use a phone? Terrible policy. Exclusionist policy. Please change this. I bought tickets are now I’m not sure how I can even pull them up LOL.
