MLB Ballpark

Ich finde, dass die App eine super Übersicht ist. Was mich stört ist, dass die App dauernd hakt und man nicht alle Datums zum Kauf freigegeben sind. Manchmal reagiert die App auch nicht. Bitte dringend beheben, damit ich in Los Angeles mein erstes Spiel sehen kann!

tells me i must upgrade. then tells me i need an os update, which will not run on my “old” phone. this is stupid. your app is stupid.

Can’t find tickets said something about the protection thing

Definitely going to miss tailgating with family and friends, such an amazing time watching the battle of the bay series.

There is something wrong with their email response system. Which is kinda critical for receiving tickets. Im working through TicketMaster… they are waiting on MLB Ballpark for a response. I opened a customer service ticket here. I’m also waiting on MLB Ballpark for a response. This took an HOUR of my time, which frankly is worth more than the cost of the ticket. Doors open in less than an hour. Apologies if this sounds entitled, but I am seething. If this is the only way to get tickets… IT HAS TO WORK!!

I purchased tickets for the St Lucie Mets and the process to obtain my tickets has been a nightmare. At this point I’m going to the park with my order number and proof of payment and hopefully they will let me in.

Preventing screengrabs to send tix to the people you bought them for and directing them through the clunky app instead is ridiculous.
