I recently purchased Nats tickets on mlb.com and then couldn’t find any record of the purchase, making me wonder if I’d lost my mind. So I purchased tickets for another game and same thing. No email, nothing in my inventory or the app wallet. I assume they’ll arrive once we get closer to the season, but why don’t they send confirmation emails or list the tickets that you’ve purchased, even if they’re not yet available?

Update. 12/3/2024:
I read the response. I’ve tried the virtual chat and it was of no help. I clicked on the other two links in your response, and they wouldn’t open.  One was to “the developer.”  What is it the developer of?  
Nightmare continues and I’m really scared!  This is because I’ve got around 8 to 900 dollars tied up in this, and I’m being forced to navigate this ordeal. 

How about giving me a number to call and speak with a real live person. Of course, who knows what the status is?  MLB BALL PARK?  Ticket-Center? or it could be ticketmaster, and why do I have to endure all of this infuriating red tape at all? These entities need to  research on this order, and give me their # to call.
