## MLC Reviews in Australia

### **--- "App not working after latest update"
After the recent update the app is stuck on the login page. Clicking on the Login button does nothing. This is on iPhone 15 with latest OS.
-- ImaSasquatch, 2024-11-27

### *---- "Update"
Update doesn’t work
-- Sjwaltersbb1, 2024-11-25

### ***-- "Good app…..but."
Can we please get an update to address the face recognition signing in issues.
I haven’t been able to get in to the app for a few months now.
-- Timno11, 2024-11-21

### *---- "FaceID no longer works"
Please update the app to fix the FaceID problem.
-- Craig13579, 2024-11-07

### ***** "Latest 18.0.1 Face ID problems with iPhone 16"
Now fixed and working fine 5/5. Appears was some sort of temporary activation issue. . Thx
-- BigRev6, 2024-10-24

### ***-- "Unhelpful app"
This app is not very helpful. Particularly when trying to get quick numbers for my tax documents.

The transactions list needs to show the balance after every transaction so I can see how much my balance was at a particular moment in time. I shouldn’t have to log in to the web version and export a report for this.

Consider people that may also want to see the data based on calendar year not financial year, maybe provide an option??

The app is severely limited and forced you to open web version to do anything.

Consider updating and extending your UI colour scheme as well. The orange everywhere is very monotone and underwhelming. This app feels like it’s stuck in the past. Very disappointing.
-- J unique name, 2023-04-14

### **--- "Basic app"
This very basic app with limited feature. There should be better design and some graphs to make it more user friendly.
-- robinraj0910, 2023-03-27

### **--- "Back button"
Back button for Apple not working
-- UnaBaxiPopoLaska, 2022-10-05

### ***-- "Very simplistic"
Would be great to see more features like changing portfolio and looking at insurance numbers
-- Luonvit, 2022-08-26

### ***-- "Change it up"
Please consider changing the photo at the login stage. After several years I’m tired of looking at the same image of a 50ish white male. I don’t identify with this image and it’s a dated representation of your customers.
As stated in a review from over a year ago, please review the need to print forms and post them to update details.
Otherwise the app does everything you would expect it too.
