Convenience of the app
I’m very old school i prefer face to face contact aka paper applications this is a very helpful convenient app even for a person who is kinda intimidated of the internet

How do I print statement?
Poor design website
Limited features in the my account section For example cannot delete a credit card from the account Confusing on the bill pay section The current amount due should always be shown first and large - not hidden in other text Please quit sending me texts when there is no bill due
MLG&W App
App is easy to use to pay my bill online. I have also used it for outage reporting and monitoring outages in our area. Last of all I have used the app to report a power pole that is cracked and leaning from the weight of the transformer. This pole needed attention.

Useless. App keeps crashing trying to do the simplest things
Open the app, waiting spinner, click on ‘My Account’, waiting spinner again this time for 60+ seconds, then app crashes and exits. Can’t do anything.
