In just a few minutes a day, MMA Spartan System will keep your body healthy, fit and in shape!  The app is equipped with workouts for every fitness level.  You can even create your own workout routines!  MMA Spartan System also has custom nutrition plans, built to help transform your body in as little as two weeks!

MMA Spartan System offers many different workout types (BBG, HIIT, high intensity, beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.) each of which displays the intensity level of the workout.

To reduce the risk of injury and promote optimal training, the workouts contain stretching and warm up movements.

Our exercise library contains more than 140 exercises and will continue to grow!  High quality videos and animations help you execute the proper movements for each exercise.  Every exercise contains a muscle group image which explains which muscles are used while performing the exercise.

MMA Spartan System also contains advanced training and workout plans which guide you through the process of becoming a stronger version of yourself.

There is no need to perform workout routines at the gym, as with a few pieces of basic equipment, many workouts can be performed out of the comfort of your own home, or at a hotel, or at the local park.

Workouts and training plans are largely based on the principle of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), which can help speed up your fat loss, resulting in better overall health, a higher fitness level, and increased metabolism for fat burning.

The workouts are good but I apparently paid 4 bucks for nothing. The stuff I thought I was paying for was hidden behind a monthly subscription. I literally paid for the option to buy a subscription. Can’t play music over workouts either. Would not recommend and honestly I’d like a refund.

The plans, animation, and tracking are great. Unfortunately the app lost track of my purchases and if you don't log daily the plan resets. It would be nice to modify plans. Move the rest day etc. I'd really like to hear music too. I'm going to be looking for something else similar. It might be great in a few years but it's not at the moment.

I had this app on my Android and found it amazing! I lost 115 pounds and I looked and felt better than I did when I was doing self prep amateur body building in high school and the military! However since I changed over to the iPhone I noticed something big has changed. I transferred before the update, but now I can’t access any of my favorite diet plans. Or any of the diet plans for that matter? Is it a bug or what’s going on? Give me my diets back bro!

I purchased the Pro MMA Spartan, Pro Home Workouts, Pro Short Summer, Pro Abs Workout apps. I now open each app and see that several workouts are grayed out and say premium. What did I pay for? Did I pay for the same workouts the free app gets? You also have no way for me to contact you through the app. At least I was unable to find it after searching. Please advise. I would be happy to update review upon reaching resolution.
