## mnkmode Description
you open your phone to check one thing. 40 minutes later you're still scrolling. mnkmode blocks the apps and websites that steal your focus — and keeps them blocked until you decide otherwise.

two ways to activate:

timer mode — set a session length, tap the logo, stay locked in. no extras needed.

tag mode — stick an nfc tag to your desk, notebook, or laptop. tap your phone against it to activate focus mode. tap it again to stop. one physical gesture. no app-opening, no decisions.

you'll need your own nfc tag for this — use one you already have, or buy a blank one separately (they're cheap, usually a few dollars, available online or at most electronics stores). the tag itself isn't included with the app.

the nfc tag becomes your commitment device. something you can touch. something real.

— choose exactly which apps and websites get blocked
— emergency exit available once every 24 hours

— no subscriptions. no tracking. no data collection.
deep work — made simple.
