The Mobi app has come a long way since a year ago, I haven’t had any of the previous issues I had. The idea of a bike share is a step in the right direction, so i’m happy the reliability of technology is finally catching up.!

Super convenient!

I really enjoy the filter feature on this app. Helps me locate all the nearest stations and Ebikes!

Great system for residents and tourists alike

The app has a few quirks during the sign up phase but when you get in, the bike share network is huge and super convenient for one-way trips around the city. Customer service is quick to help you get sorted out if there’s any trouble. More people on bikes the better!

APP ACCESS

I have tried multiple times to open this App. Reloading it doesn’t help. How do you solve this?

Can’t log in or sign up

Would give it zero stars cuz I can’t use the app.

Poor customer service, lots of outages, will charge you because their own bike locking systems do not work. Avoid.
