I downloaded this for my grandma. Yet she hasnt got any bitcoins? Bit useless for her because she hasnt got a iPhone either.
I deposit (xrb) in my account and I never receive it in my wallet , and when I checked the transaction in Ripple ledger I see it been sent to my address in this wallet then the xrb been sent from my address to another address which has many (xrb)s, the had steal my money :((
They make an update really often that’s not good at all , since they stopped supporting certain countries for they Mobi card is just useless
The game portion that they just added to the app is rigged. I’ve noticed that when I think I’m going to win the app keeps pushing back. For example yesterday April 29th I picked bitcoin price would rise which it did and it said the countdown would end at midnight. Well here it is April 30th at 2 am and the clock was pushed back until 8 am. Had the game ended at midnight I would have one some bit coin but as of right now my guess is wrong.
I think this is probably the easiest bitcoin wallet that I have tried out. The interface is pretty useful and intuitive, and I can send and receive quickly. When I did deeper, though, I found that there are some features that are pretty cool like converting bitcoin to about 150(?) different fiat currencies. (I counted.) AND you can convert between the currencies themselves. So it effectively acts as a forex app or a bitcoin exchange where you can hedge/speculate about price movements. Pretty nifty. One other thing is that this is probably one of a few litecoin and bitcoin cash wallets. So that’s also cool. Overall pretty satisfied. I’ll try to update this review as I use the app more.
I had a huge issue with a good sum of money that went to the wrong address somehow. The support team worked hard to recover my money and after a week I had my funds backs. Great customer service! Thanks
I sent 20$ to this just to test it out you can only send funds to same apps on other phones , conversions fees took some of the funds and then network fees destroys the rest. Waste of time and no customer support
Any on chain transaction comes with a giant fee- currently it's sitting at ~.02-.025 BTC which is insane. These people are ridiculous. DO NOT USE UNTIL THEY CHANGE THIS CRAP.
While this app does have a pretty and easy to use interface it is inevitably going to result in many people losing their funds. Not only does the app not give a real big coin wallet with an actual private seed back up, they failed to give the user any possible means of backing up the wall it securely. This means that when you lose your phone, your bit coin is irrevocably gone. The makers of this wallet that have sacrificed the core principles of what bitcoin is intended to be for the sake of convenience and flashiness. It’s hard to be around bank when you’re given no possibility of protecting yourself, and absolutely zero explanation of how to do so. As if this weren’t enough, requiring you to give your phone number and name, and using that information as a highly insecure form of two factor authentication makes this wallet an absolute no go. Get CoPay instead.
