If it wasn’t for the devices beeping, I would never know there was a water leak. But it has been months since we’ve been able to access our video recordings. The app crashes when you click on an image of video to watch that you’ve saved to your album. The Pro cameras reboot constantly, and it doesn’t perform well on a WiFi network with as many devices as typical in today’s smart home. Most of this is manageable, and still functions for real time viewing, but the critical failure is not being able to watch our recordings from any camera.
