There is no provision for writing the amount in decimal places.We have to round up the amount. Please provide it in the key pad as is available on other apps.Can’t see the figures properly on the payment page and there is no provision for adding a note. Thakoor
wrost app ever saw in my life
My amount of 10,000 is still not credited to my bank account since 1 and half month now Calling customer care executives daily and no one is taking action. I am in urgent need and trouble but nothing is happening request you to please resolve my issue and help me 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I have made a transaction from my credit card my money has been taken out of my credit card but has not reflected in my landlords account and money has not been debited yet I need to pay rent and it’s three days now nothing happened
MobiKwik provided easy and fast bank transfer to beneficiaries account
They will take 2-3 months emi at time, there customer service is zero in fact irritating, there app is worst they will easily take 15-20 days just to reflect paid emi in app and till that day they will calling daily 2-3 times and asking for emi even u had paid
I had done payment to merchant 3 days back and money is deducted from my wallet but it has not gone to merchant account.. MobiKwik is not responding and they are not sending the statement also. This is very bad once I get this sorted I’m uninstalling this app forever!🙏
