But in other hand their Personal Loan facility and Credit Card facilities are worse. I guess they use Personal Loan facility just to market themselves and to bring customers. They never disburse Personal Loan to maximum people. To validate this statement of mine I tried to take Personal Loan on this platform using 16 different mobiKwik customer accounts and surprisingly not a single person got the shown or approved amount disbursed in their account. There is always an issue shown on screen for all 16 users is, “We are having technical issue and that’s why disbursement is not possible please try again later.” All the 16 users had great CIBIL and CRIF score (730-830) for sure. As per RBI policy MobiKwik was supposed to get reverse the amount in 5-7 working to respective customers account but till date it has not happened. I’m chasing from last 20 days & still chasing for the deducted amount which is not yet reverse by giving them multiple reminders on their customer care & by generating tickets but not get any positive reply from their end & they even don’t bother too. Please don’t down load & put yourself in trouble, as is not safe for the payment. It’s all about your hardened earn money, what I have faced I don’t want others to face the same.
