Problem
I’m having a problem connecting to the WiFi. It’s being quite a nuisance. Can you fix that or let me know what I should do about it? It says it’s connecting to the Mobil WiFi but it doesn’t do that as quickly as it used to!

Super happy
So easy and effortless, I got extra rewards and the staff were really lovely
Buggy, slow and unreliable
Swapped phones. Need to log in. Using email they mail me on. Click, nothing. Delete app, reinstall - instant error code A:1000. So slow generally to open at the till.
Glitchy and useless
So glitchy!! It always says its loading and will never show up the main page. Very annoying!
Don’t recommend
It never works. I have deleted and downloaded several times. It is easier walk in the store than use self service in the app.
Worst Fuel App Ever
“Terrible experience with this app. It never works when I need it the most – just keeps loading indefinitely. I’ve tried reinstalling multiple times and even ran it on a 100 Mbps connection, but nothing seems to help. The worst app
This app will be the reason I’ll dump the Mobil rewards program and move to another supplier. It’s the worst. Always buggy, never a seamless experience. Won’t even load at the moment despite current iOS, current app version - no other issues…
Super hard to use
Always have some bugs, can’t log in or didn’t show up the QR code!!!
You are loosing customers because of your app
My app never goes when I need it to, so I go to a different brand. Their app works.
App doesn’t work 8 out of 10 times
Using iPhone 14 Pro. And the app won’t load most of time, it’s really frustrating.
