Is Mobile Bank UK legit?
⚠️ The Mobile Bank UK app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
When I first tried the transfer it wouldn’t work, had to delete and reload app, after a long conversation with help desk which couldn’t help because I couldn’t verify my ID, how can I verify my ID without access to my accounts, do you know the last transaction on your account without accessing it, and you can’t access it without the app working
Notifications
Add notifications when money is paid into an account. Currently, there are only notifications when money is paid out. Lastly, add a log off button to the transaction page. It shouldn’t be hidden behind the ‘menu’ button
Terrible
Tried using this app for my account wouldn’t even let me login kept saying that password was wrong when it was definitely right .Doesn’t work
App always broken down
Four times this month this app has broken down sad they just update the app for bug fixes and it down again this is a sad useless app you cannot depend on it rubbish

ANOTHER UPDATE??? How can a bank release updates every 20 minutes yet it never seems to get any better??? Danske are quick to raise interest rates on loans yet only offers a pathetic 0.4% on savings while other banks offer 3.5% paid monthly. Obviously I’m looking to move banks. App is ok (until they release another update in 20 minutes) but they should move with the times & send a notification when money goes into your account (again, like most other bank apps do). It would also be useful if it told you where the money was coming in from, instead of just showing an account code that we have to work out for ourselves.
The only bank app to not show where your money has come from…?
Honestly totally dismayed at Danske Bank’s app. It must be the only bank in the world to not show their customers where / who their money has come in from? Totally and utterly useless, family who are also Danske customers can’t wait to leave too. Get with the times or you’ll have no customers left.

Terrible app with extremely limited functionality
Compared to other banking apps, the Danske app is cumbersome and awkward to use. The appalling feature is that you can’t remove payees or even change your home address in the app - this has to be performed by Danske in person after messaging them and waiting days for a reply, when other banking apps already offer the chance to edit personal details and remove payees. Why is the Danske app so rubbish and why does it need Danske staff to make changes manually, when other banking apps let us change these things via the app? Terrible app.

Latest update has rendered my online banking app useless. Says I need to update my phone and I can’t update it any further. Bad call on Danske Banks part for making this app useless on iOS12.5
Poor customer service.
I can no longer access my account. Shouldn’t have to buy a new ipad to access my account. After over sixty years with the same bank it’s time to change to another bank.
