The update from a year or two ago is absolutely terrible. The messages now are almost impossible to delete and there is no longer a batch/multi-delete option. Absolutely terrible, o can’t even use it anymore.

I don’t understand the other reviews I reset my password multiple times through this app. It recognizes me but after keep changing my password each time that it says it doesn’t recognize my login. I still cannot use the mobile app to report a maintenance problem. I’ve been living in this apartment three years and they just changed the system and not only does. It tells me that I paid my rent late even though I have a receipt showing it was paid two days before it’s due, I still get an email telling me that it’s late and also have a fee and I have to keep sending an email to get it corrected. It doesn’t work and you should allow people to submit emails and have a formal form to submit through a computer because your app is broken and I can’t reach anyone.

So buggy!! I’m writing my second review in one day because I’m so fed up with this app! Whatever you do, DO NOT try to reset your password!! It will take you to a page that asks to type in a password twice (to confirm) and once you click “finish”, it will wig out and say “ERROR, Incorrect password!” Wait, what? I thought I was changing my password… 🤷

The developers of the app must see the terrible reviews in the last few months and have FAILED to address the issue to have a functional app. This app is the WORST app on my phone. If I could give it negative 0 stars I would.

It freezes all the time. Worst app ever.

This app is really buggy. There’s a bug that won’t let residents reserve an amenity. Our apartment building filed a bug weeks ago and the app developers still haven’t fixed it. They need to improve their product and quality control.

One of the main reasons some people have this app is because you can put in maintenance orders and pay your rent and now you can’t even pay your rent??? No reason for the app now you can simply go to your resident portal on your prospective property to do that no need to use up storage on this app anymore if you can’t pay your rent. Used to love this app but no longer do they need to bring back the option to make our payments to this app.

Since the design got updated the app constantly freezes and has buttons that aren’t clickable

Every like 2 or 3 times I open it, it freezes permanently, so I have to uninstall it and get another 3 uses. I haven’t really been able to navigate the darn app otherwise
