The game is very fun but the ads about getting 100 pulls are lies (just like most mobile game ads) using the code from the ad you only get 288 gems.

TL:DR 
P2W Gacha with decent graphics but big cash grab. Opinion coming from player that is Regal 1 and playing for 3 years. I’m also in the top 4 for all leaderboards on my server.

Pros: Decent graphics, frequent updates, plenty of content to play through until end game. Frontline was a nice edition to the game to allow live gameplay with others.

Cons: endgame content does get a little bit repetitive, like I’ve been playing for about 3 years now and while things have been improved. You do get to a point where dailies can be done in 10 minutes.

This is a very P2W game so if you enjoy throwing money at something like a FGO go for it but F2P are constantly moaning on Reddit and Facebook. Also if we’re talking about gacha games asking for the same amount of money this game gives a lot less. For instance Genshin or Honkai Star Rail, their graphics are really good for mobile games with open world games and many directions you can go with and not need to spend money but you can. This game the graphics are better than that portrait gacha game with the Viking vibes and the gameplay is better than that imo but for the content you get with the amount of money it isn’t worth it. $200 for a legendary skin or about $300 for 4 regular skins.
Touching upon the current Order (Forseti) Tinted Mirage and the Collab Tinted Mirage, they hurt. These are very P2W orientated and if you don’t invest a lot in this game you’re getting nowhere. I understand the need for money to keep a business going but if the worth isnt there then I don’t see a reason to drop $400-$500 on a hero for a short event.

They do have surveys that go around but with the frequent dissatisfaction and from the community and new players stopping after reaching lvl 100 I feel as though the producers don’t care enough and only care if the skins look similar to other games.

Edit: asking support for change is useless. Zoe from Support says”The Dispute Front will divide the player guilds into multiple levels according to their combat power. Then a certain number of guilds from different levels will be selected and matched together. Therefore, there will definitely be strong and weak guilds on the battlefield of the dispute front, so the current situation is normal.” Ignoring the fact that whales and players with 20x your player level are in the same game mode as you and calling it normal. Keep legendary guilds together and have the non legendary out

Been playing this game for years now, and love it. 
But the kiddies porn is becoming a problem. Every female character now has huge bobbing breasts, and is scantily and suggestively covered. 
As a woman, this borders on sexual harassment, it’s nasty to your female gamers and instills unrealistic expectations in the young male gamers. 
Please, try to be a positive influence here. Female harassment is a major issue in our society today. As it is, this game is part of problem, and definitely not part of the solution. This is serious, guys.

Everything in the game i see now is all P2W
I’ve played for 2 years with a long break period of how repetitive it is and come back with the same old events that keep coming back, a few new events introduced or rather forgot was already there idk and new heroes.
With chaos, order and UR heroes, new players would take a while to get them, even with the limited resources I have right now I still can’t even get them to a decent level to match the top players.
My friend has been playing longer than I have and yet she’s barely any better than I was.
If it continues I’ll lose my interest in the game again and would be rather a bit happy to forget this game.
There’s another game I play that’s also mainly play2win but at least the players in that game allow others to buy what they put in the shop and the game gives a chance for the free2play players, but that’s life isn’t it? No money would mean your bankrupt and wouldn’t be able to continue.

It's a wonderful game & very interactive! Just some things though, this isn't as important but I will have to say, there's alot of women heroes and that's good! But personally me, I reckon the game should have some UR Male heroes or maybe some SSR heores like Akashic or others, you can make them however you want depending on their backstory they have or what their power is, just make it not crazy creatures or monster like Moscov or anything.
