I’m always a fan of the use of technology to help simplify our work, this app makes quick work of getting the information I need to deliver our products. With the number of tanks we have, this app makes quick work of setting things up and eliminating the possibility of grabbing the wrong paperwork, all you do is scan, verify the info matches, and you’re set. Yes this app does have its issues from time to time (like everything else out there) but it’s very rare (at least on our end) and it allows quick changes without a problem

I have had loads that I went through the whole process and delivered my load. The app showed that the delivery was updated and cleared the screen. Apparently the loads are in limbo and were not completed. I tried to rescan my tanker so I can complete the delivery process. It shows that the trailer was not dropped so I cannot scan into it. Called support and the guy was absolutely no help what so ever.

This app is completely worthless. Always confused. Always needing reset. Doesn’t know what it’s doing half the time. It’s like trying to talk stocks and bonds to a 3 year old.

This is a great tool for digital transformation and opens up so many possibilities for innovation!

Makes no sense and is not working. Went from 3.4 to version 3.26 - FIX THIS

Our company switched us from paper manifests to this app. Can’t use the back button a lot of times because the iPhone clock is on top of the back button and you have to restart app and redo your stop all over again. The app is more favorable for Android than iPhone. I use it on my Android work phone now and I have to put the phone in airplane mode before I use the app otherwise it won’t connect to the internet. Overall it’s the perfect solution in theory but there have been many times where I’ve sat for 2 hours waiting for issues to get resolved so I could deliver my load. It’s ok but not without constant issues.

So much easier to to scan data in rather than write. Great Tool.
