## Mobile Planet Reviews in United States

### **--- "Please fix calling crash"
When you call certain leads, the app crashes no matter if you restart or not. Please fix.
-- SimplePlan-fan, 2024-06-17

### ***-- "Fixing something that isn’t broken"
Not sure what it’s going on with this new update but having to click through multiple times, is not necessary. The previous version was far more intuitive. Not to mention, there’s a lot of bug issues that need to be addressed ASAP. Not properly logging calls, stuck on the spinning wheel of death, can’t open policies.
-- Madser, 2024-05-23

### ****- "Latest Update not working on iPad"
The latest update crashes on iPad when you go to select Call and then when you select Call when you have the choice between Email and Call.
-- ejmcgrathiii, 2024-05-16

### ***** "Brilliant!"
This app is way ahead of the traditional CRM impact system that every other agency uses in AIL. Awesome Tech. Makes our jobs easier and more productive. Keep Innovating! Thanks Rick
-- SteveBartonail, 2023-10-18

### ***-- "Face ID doesn’t work"
I have friends that use this app and it works for them. However, when I try to save my password it says object reference not set to an instance… I have to open my password list and choose one from this apps website.
-- girt0n, 2023-08-24

### ***** "Great App"
I am grateful for this tool, and the best part is, it keeps getting better!
-- Freddy2728, 2021-02-15

### *---- "Frustrating"
Don’t release app if all features don’t work. App always freezes. Difficult to do my job with the lag. Scheduler won’t allow the choice of ALL DAY. I don’t have time to enter personal info for each hour so my booker knows when I’m working. I thought it was my phone, but I recently purchased iPhone 12 Pro and still the same. Disappointing
-- LaraCroft1982, 2021-02-01

### ***** "Great Innovation"
I remember working stuff on paper! This is way better. I can imagine doing the work without it!!! Thanks Rick Altig!
-- Grateful Glenn, 2020-04-22

### ***** "I love lamp"
“I love lamp”
-- loverofthelamp, 2020-03-12

### ***** "The app"
It’s a nice app
-- Why tho ?, 2020-02-05
