## Mobile Service Reviews in United States

### *---- "This app was a make a wish for a kid pretending to be a developer."
Nothing on this app works and it completely blows my mind a multi million dollar company uses it. You’d have better luck sending smoke signals to your office to get your time in.
-- Userofapps20183, 2025-05-20

### *---- "Not recommended"
This app is extremely buggy and slow. Every action takes several seconds to refresh the screen, minimum. Support is equally slow and generally amounts to “Reinstall the app and see if that helps.”

Overall, the user experience is frustrating and an impediment to field personnel.
-- Fenias Meliorare, 2024-07-24

### ***** "Best app for getting paid to not work"
Due to the applications inability to be useful and intuitive, I submit the on this app my time, then I fill out my time on paperwork and send it in to the office. I basically get paid twice to sit and do time, except the pen and paper method is faster than using the app so it is not quite twice the pay for the same task. Love it!!!
-- St. Upid, 2024-07-02

### *---- "Constantly have to delete and reinstall the app."
Every day, every week I have a new issue and the advise is delete and reinstall. This app is pretty basic. I don’t understand why I constantly don’t have the ability to create tickets until I delete and reinstall. No response from ESS.
-- ASLNicknam3, 2023-11-11

### *---- "Not for the business world."
Multiple functions do not work how they should. Developers say they fixed the issue and to delete the application and then reinstall. Well, still no fix. Why our business continues to use this application is beyond me.
-- elevatorjesus, 2023-09-08

### *---- "It probably works great on a flip phone."
This is so antiquated it’s not funny. Please either hire some developers and get this into the 21st century or close up shop and call it a day.
-- Tmunns, 2023-06-07

### *---- "Barely works"
Crap app
-- chrisddbco, 2023-05-08

### *---- "Can't even turn it on"
Looks like a good thing but activation process
is vague and non functional. You guys under thought this part.
-- Drainbrain, 2015-10-19

### ***** "Excellent Application!"
Customer service is impeccable, application works as intense and the features like "time recap" and "service history" are extremely helpful in the day to day field operations. Technicians have access to service information and job assignments instantly. Greatly recommend! Thank you! // Field Superintendant, Elevator Industry //

### ***** "Happy customer"
Very good app! It is very easy to learn and very user friendly. Would not use any other.
