If you submit 2 issues to the game “support” staff they will say they have combined the 2 submissions to speed things up but will then proceed to only address 1 of the issues. Typical misdirection practices to avoid addressing all game problems put before them. 

The game is not worth your time or the many $$ they will try to get you to spend on their pay to play “free play” game. You will not advance in the game without spending lots of money

I’ve been playing this game almost when it first came out spent more money then I’d what to admit too.. but developers got so greedy I just couldn’t keep up anything you buy few months later update comes out need to buy more and what ever you paid for becomes free and useless ... it’s like trying to paint a wall with clear paint you think your getting somewhere but you aren’t unless you keep spending .. too bad game is fun ..

It caters to the rich and well do for.  In game challenges are not for new players coming into the game, they are mostly for players who have spent thousands of dollars.  Most, if not all, none spenders have quit leaving the state’s dead.  Plus there are a lot of bugs and poor programming.  Some things like assault vehicles can’t be seen on the map.  You can’t see the terra mech on the map.  The game is just not worth playing unless you have endless deep pockets.  If I could have put no star I would have.  Get it together mobile strike!!

You need serious cash to play this game. Packs are $139 CAD. The packs you buy have lots of junk you can’t use as you rank up. Can’t get rid of them or give it away to smaller players either. If you can’t rank the game is stupid boring. Same Bigs crush you all week.

Create a new base, try warping to Mech states, its broken, warps you into Cyber state, now you have dual Cyber bases with dual Cyber research, challenges, etc. Updates should have been “tested” before launching, horrible game programing. Also beginner ports rarely work if ever. It says you can port your new base to any state, then DO IT, whats the difficulty?? Trying to annoy players so they stop playing?!?!? Really?? Apple should remove game until its “working” again for new players, pointless waste of time otherwise.

The Customer is ALWAYS wrong! Thats the mantra of MS customer service support. They are never at fault, its always your internet connection your device, your OS version, or you in general; even when HUNDREDS of people report the same issues and problems.

 The game has become pure Pay-To-Win Garbage, almost every day some new and shiny garbage update that makes the stuff you bought yesterday redundant. Buy today, free tomorrow, useless next week is how the game has become. 

There is absolutely no balance in gameplay; the biggest spenders are constantly dominating all the events, those top three prizes we no longer bother competing for; its always the same handful of players and alliances. This is coming from a state with over 5,000 active players. 

So why do I play? The people in my alliance, after more than three years of playing with people, some genuine friendships have come about. The quality of your alliance will make or break the game experience for you. A good alliance will let you grow and HELP you grow and have fun within your means. 

Reality is you WILL have to buy packs at some point o have a meaningful game experience, maybe one every month or two, so its not that expensive a hobby if you dont let it be. Having said that I have seen people lose control of their spending and get into serious debt, with bases worth a new car or home downpayment.
