I changed pharmacies and tried to download this app. When I register, it says my email already is in use. When I try forgot password, it says there isn't an account with my email. I tried a different email and never got an account confirmation email to use that email. I guess I'll just call the pharmacy every time I need refills.
unable to set up an account
I’ve tried setting up an account using two different emails. Each time I try to login my password is no good. When I go to reset my password I’m told my username does not exist. On a third attempt to login I am told that my verification email will be sent to me immediately. 24 hours later I’m still waiting.
No way to get customer service
Tried to sign up but never got confirmation email. Tried to “forget” my password but app said my email was invalid. Tried to start an account with same email but app said my invalid email was already in use. Absolutely no other way to complain except leaving 1 star review.

Useless App
Tried registering, but never got an email confirmation (not even in spam folder) so unable to login. System won’t let me re-register nor reset my password. Useless
App Does Not Function
Same experience as years old reviews. App works up until the point where the prescription is being submitted and then fails. This should be removed from the App Store until it’s updated to work properly.
Logging into app
So i signed up. Never received email to finish registration. Try to redo it and one time app says they dont have my email address. I try to register AGAIN. this time it says that email already in use. There is NOWHERE to get help thru the app. Help isn't even an option. If i could have rated it zero stars I would. Whoever put this app together doesn't actually use it.

Doesn’t even WORK!!
I can’t even get off the first screen where I search for my pharmacy. It keeps saying “Problem with connection.” I thought maybe it was my internet so I disconnected my WiFi and connected using 5G. I still got the same message. I tried force closing the app and uninstalling, all the usual user fixes. This is clearly an app issue that the devs need to fix! If I ever get past this screen; I can attempt to use the app and will follow up on my review. Till then; MobileRx,only deserves 0 stars ⭐️ but Apple forces me to at least rate it 1 ⭐️.
Can’t verify ID
I created my account and when I go to verify my Id, I can’t type in my birth date bc when I click on the box a keyboard doesn’t appear. There is no other way to enter a date of birth and it defaults to today. This is unusable!
