I emailed the developer but they only list their sales dept email. It was fixed but now I can’t login again. There’s no support for us customers. The pharmacist told me their server is not down (that’s the error I keep getting) and they’ve been receiving refills through the app. I’ve deleted the app and reinstall numerous times and it’s still not working. I click “Forgot Password?” and it says my pharmacy server is down. I uninstall, reinstall, restart, repeat, and nothing works; it will not let me reset my password. When the app did work, on those few occasions it would crash before I was able to complete a request. App always says “Biometrics failed. Please log in manually.” Incredibly frustrating. It’s a rare day that I can open this app and see my profile. Mostly, it just fails with a message saying the phamacy’s server may be down. Checking with my pharmacist, he always informs me that it’s not them, but the system.
