## Mobiliteitsapp Reviews in Netherlands

### *---- "App loopt vast"
Na laatste update loopt de app steeds vast. Declaraties kun je niet meer bevestigen. Waardeloos.
-- Forens123, 2025-07-07

### **--- "Update did not improve usability"
The new(?) interface did nothing to improve usability of this app. Rather it made it much worse. What is this “link a fine” flow and why does it suggest irrelevant dates? Also confirming the reason for travel is way more frustrating, having to confirm every single step of the journey separately and losing the step after confirming even if you missed the right button. Also half of the times it does not respond correctly to a tap and you are navigated away from the confirmation list altogether and can never find it again. The older interface might have missed some functions but this new version has no flow whatsoever. Please iterate, this is unusable.
