-- MsOogway, 2024-08-03 ### *---- "Not supportive and not from DB company" I bought a ticket on the 20th of the month for just one month, as I was in Germany for only 8 days. However, they deducted money for the following month as well. The cancellation deadline for the next month was the 10th, which had already passed!!! Consequently, I ended up paying 98 euros for just 8 days. They only have a physical office in Düsseldorf, and the DB company is not responding to any questions regarding this issue. Also, when I sent an email regarding the issue to them, I receive a common answer to my questions. I do not recommend this company. -- A.HXA, 2024-07-28 [View all mobil.nrw reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## mobil.nrw Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Germany | Travel | #126 | ## mobil.nrw Discovered Keywords -
