Like the other reviews, I feel like I have been robbed by Moby. I cancelled my subscription early this year but was shocked when I was charged $200 dollars this week. I am within their 30-day money-back guarantee to receive a full refund after my subscription automatically renewed, but this appears to be a completely false offer. I have emailed to confirm whether my subscription has now been cancelled but have been ignored. The T&Cs says to cancel your subscription you must go to “Change/Cancel Membership” under your account settings, but this option does not exist. Be warned, only half of the T&Cs load when using their mobile app due to the poor design/development.

There’s no way to access payment or subscription information. I wan to delete this subscription now because I do not trust that Moby won’t auto renew it. But there’s no way to do it. Shocking

As others i had same issues with login and subscription being renewed although i i cancel months in advance 

Also they pay too much attention on the app but not the website at all. Is easier to read and do analysis for investing on a computer with multiple screens vs iphone

I unsubscribed from the app several months ago. To my shock Moby took a renewal subscription from my bank account and will not refund the money amidst this cost of living crisis. A lesson in reading the small print.. so much for good investment advice Moby!
