## Moby Move Description
Register and be authorized by confirming telephone and any email. Select the type of subscription and select the payment method. You will find the nearest available vehicle on the map or on your personal dashboard. The dashboard also includes weather forecast, your personal trip counter and information. Rent a vehicle by scanning the QR code on the lock, use the bike lock code in app to unlock the chain lock. 
Some of the features of the app:
• Register and select your city scheme 
• See the list of vehicles and stations on the map
• Unlock the vehicle by scanning the QR code
• Track your trips and costs with trip history
• Report a problem

They have a horrible chain that password given in the app not working at all. I was not able to unlock the bike yet charged 2 euro when for trying to unlock it! The bike then fell on the floor with the chain still on, I was not even take it anywhere but they now fined me 30 euro for the bike is on floor!! And then accused me of vandalized the bike??? Like how can people be so shameless when you didn’t even deliver the service but have the courage to asking your customer to pay for a fine? Disgusting!

I took one of these bikes in Sandymount Dublin 4 and used it to go to Donnybrook Dublin 4. Upon arrival it says I have to go to a “green zone” which is a couple of tiny pockets in and around the area. It would have been 1km to get the bike back to a green zone which defeats the purpose of a point to point bike service. As a result they charged me €30. These e bikes are an absolute scam and I would advise anyone against using them.

I was fined due to bike “not being parked properly”. It was attached to a pole and when submitted, they said it had to be a parking rack. No parking rack could be seen in the parking area so did the best I could. Would not recommend.

I just had to use their bikes, there were 2 in the same area, neither released the rear wheel. The system works well to charge you from the moment you scan the qr code onwards, but you need good luck to see if the bike is charged or not OR to see if the wheel is gonna be fine to ride!

The service is incredibly expensive already if you compare it to bleeper but now they charged me 30
Euros because my photo of the parked bike was blurry?!?! Horrible experience

Quite expensive for the electric bikes. So few normal bikes around I don’t know why they don’t focus only on electric as their brand. 

They don’t refund the credits upon deletion of account and I’ve tried contacting customer service about this? 

It’s a pity the app functions well but does not warn about loss of credits when deleting

App is incredibly glitchy. Open the app it shows NaN for the wallet amount and won’t let you unlock a bike until you top up even though there’s money in my wallet. 

It also shows 0km for all trips so when you go to end a ride it will give you an error. 

I’ve tried to get on to support about this and you’re basically ignored.

I pointed out that Ashbourne was not well set out with parking locations concentrated within easy walking distances or only a couple of places outside the centre of town. They responded that they had added extra locations. I thanked them but noted that the map on the app still does not show those new locations and asked when the app will be updated. So….. when will it be updated?? Update: your inability to get my name right is not surprising. The “P” parking location symbols have not been updated to include the additional places you have listed. Even when you zoom in!!

Up-update: You list 13 locations in your response but there are still only 10 on your map. When are you going to update your app or pull the service so a more proactive competitor of yours can be used?

The app is horrible, I never managed to use it without having a payment issue, having to have a minimal balance of 5 euros to rent a bike if just scam and the bikes are horrible, difficult to stir and slow compare to other bikes in town. 

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen in my entire life
