Cute clothing
I love the clothing I’ve purchased but the shipping is terrible. Takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks to receive your items. Other large online boutiques I purchase from are on the opposite coast from me and receive my items within the week. Sad because I now don’t shop when they have fantastic sales because I know if they are receiving high sales it will take even longer to receive my order.
Great boutique
MOCO is so awesome, love the girls, love the lives, love the clothes, love the sales…. But hate the shipping time. Too long to ship out.
Not a fan anymore
I used to enjoy shopping here until they upped their prices , and took forever on shipping. I hate to say it but I feel they Nickel and dime you to death. $8 is way too much for shipping when it takes 2 weeks to get to you! I even won a “mystery item” and had to pay $4 in shipping for it 😆 their vervet jeans are 65 , Judy blues now almost $60 when most boutiques sell them both for 49-52 . Their “door busters” are zenana for around $19.99 when other boutiques sell the same for $10-17 . Not trying to bash them just stating why I stopped shopping. It’s Their biz and their right to price how they want I have just decided to take my business where I don’t have to meet $60 to use sezzle, pay $8 in shipping and wait forever on my item. My SHEIN orders from out of the country come quicker but if you question them they act like you are being unreasonable. There’s a reason you can’t leave reviews anywhere but the app for them!

Wish they had more in stock vs wait list items
MOCO has cute stuff IF you can find what you want in stock. I wish they would keep the wait list Items separate from the in stock items. Makes it frustrating. Customer service...? Well they take FOREVER to reply so while items sell out super quickly waiting for customer service to respond doesn’t always work.
