أما بالنسبة لمن يقول البرنامج سعره مرتفع 
عن تجربة انا اشتركت بباقة الشهر وأرى أن السعر رخيص جدًا ويعتبر سعر رمزي مقابل الساعات المقدمة فهي باقة مفتوحة ليلًا نهارًا ..
وأما من ناحية خدمة العملاء فهي ممتازة ويحاًولون قدر المستطاع لحل مشاكل المشتركين ..
