## MoDel Delivery Description
MoDel Delivery is a mobile electronic automotive delivery application with full LeaseLink and moDel Portal integration. This delivery solution extends the existing Leaselink delivery capability by placing the traditional paper delivery and collection notes into an electronic format and is facilitated through this application – or you can create vehicle movements using the powerful moDel Portal platform, allowing you to manage bookings, drivers and invoicing. The handover or collection process is facilitated on your device from the application and creates the relevant delivery notes, automatically sharing them to relevant systems and people, and adding photographs of any reported damage.

### *---- "The app has gone backwards in functionality"
Since I updated the app on 12/09/25 it has become very difficult to use. 
The font sizes have reduced, the login screen is now terrible and trying to type in your password is poor. 

Wen using the app, I noted that other users had similar complaints regarding the pictures and accessing them. 

When you are in the app and processing a job for example and click to move forward to next screen then very often the app returns to the Ho e screen and also asks 'Do you want to continue editing?'

OF COURSE I DO!

So frustrating. 

Please revert/rollback to the earlier version.

Just done the latest update and it’s horrific! The font is too big and because of that in the Home Screen the reg doesn’t fully show eg.  DE75F… not very good if you have a few reg’s with similar letters at the end!!

Terrible App. 

Worst vehicle delivery App out there, big companies are brainwashed into thinking it’s fantastic but for the delivery agents on the ground having to use it it’s pathetic.
Platform designed by people that have never had to do the job.
A few simple changes would make it so much better.

I use this as a driver who collects vehicles bought online, therefore it’s a condition checking/reporting tool that works nicely , even if some of the descriptors could be be better/more comprehensive. 

Three big asks for the next update:
1: Fingerprint sign-in
2:Allow us drivers to see (read only) the job history for (say) the last tax year. 
3: Allow copy of job details (e.g. postcode)

What is the point of rolling out the updates if all the issues are still there? Also, no support for iPhone's dark mode forces me to change the mode every time I have to choose one of the options in the app.

Works ok on my iPhone. Only niggle is in the photo gallery you can’t scroll through photos without first exiting the gallery and then going back into it. Otherwise this  version seems to be working fine
