## Modern Forms Reviews in United States

### *---- "WORST APP"
This app for Modern Forms fans has never worked well. We have 4 fans and 1 or more never connect and thus the fan is inoperable. Don’t recommend this fan company as they have had years to fix the problem but have apparently chosen not to
-- JAXKiter, 2025-08-18

### *---- "Junky app. Find something better especially since fans are dc and cant work with lutron"
Junky app. Find something better especially since fans are dc and cant work with lutron systems like ra3 or caseta. Home assistant integration is unreliable so far
-- justinshuls, 2025-08-18

### *---- "Lousy"
App is terrible, looses WiFi signal.. then doesn’t find 2.4 new connections even after deleting and reinstalling. Get it right or delete your App!
-- LSCfabric, 2025-08-10

### *---- "Poor WiFi"
I have 7 of these fans in my home and the app is terrible. After a while it loses connectivity. Right now I only gave 4 of these fans on the app since the rest stop worked. What’s worse than the app is the switches on the wall. The buttons are soo poorly manufactured they break. I have had to replace 4 switches so far.
-- Boycot this company, 2025-08-04

### ***-- "Glitches for 2 or more fans"
I start the application, turn on the first fan and then I click to control this second fan. Application keeps on searching to connect, but it never does.
Then I close the application and I reopen it and then I can connect!
It does that nine out of 10 times I use it!
So if you have one fan, it’s probably OK but if you have more, you need to be patient.
Please don’t ask me about the firmware version because I do not know how to get it!
-- Dinogr, 2025-07-26

### *---- "Didn’t work"
I tried following instructions but the app doesn’t recognize my device. Also says network has poor security.
-- KMBeau, 2025-07-16

### *---- "Fan"
This has to be one of the worst wi-fi apps available. Good luck getting it to connect, stay connected or even turn the fan on or off. If I knew it didnt have a traditional remote and had to rely on this horrible app. I would have never bought it.
-- JG992, 2025-07-10

### ***-- "Connection Unstable"
Not sure if it is a software problem with the app or a hardware issue, but my three Modern Forms fans lose connectivity with the app about once a week. The fans stop responding to commands from the app (e.g., to change speed or turn on/off). Can sometimes be fixed by rebooting the fan, but occasionally requires the fan to be reset and repaired.
-- JujusDad, 2025-07-07

### ***-- "Never Connects"
Used to work most of the time but now it takes several tries to connect. Stay away.
-- brauer6x, 2025-05-16

### *---- "Love the Fan, Hate the App"
Love how the fans look and work the app is terrible. It requires me to login every time I go back to app, sometimes only seconds later. I can’t get second room fan to pair separately (even after shutting off main breaker and trying over again) so everything I do yo 1 fan, happens to the second fan and the person in room 2 has no control over their own fan/light. I’ve had for years and have seen almost no significant improvement
