Links get misplaced and the navigation is not user friendly. The worst part is, when you experience issues, it takes a long time to get ahold of customer support. When they do get back to you, they respond with copied and pasted factory-manual style robotic language that does not get to the point, and a few times the customer service rep created new issues within my account instead of fixing.
