Awful app
The service is generally ok, but the app is dreadful. Why in 2024 is it so hard to have an app which remembers the login or which doesn’t keep crashing?

Constant Updates
Every time I use this app I have to update it! Leave it alone!
Pushy salespeople, terrible app
While I appreciate their mission, their door to door salesperson was extremely pushy. The app hangs constantly. You have to completely close it and re open. I wanted to try one off orders as I don’t drink much milk at all and was set to repeat, which really I don’t want. How Apple allowed this on the App Store without a clear, easy and succinct cancellation policy/process is beyond me, especially when this isn’t even a reader app. This practice of making cancellations extremely difficult needs to be banned in the UK, as clear and easy cancellations for apps are required in the EU (but clearly not implemented in the UK).

Latest update makes it difficult to pause orders
I think the idea was to make it easy to pause just your next order but for me I will do it for the date range of a holiday - much easier as a calendar option. I can’t work out how to do it each time without going to the help section. It is no longer intuitive, which an app should always be.
App is poor
Everytime I come on app I have to update it. Then i have to add in all my log in details again. Very annoying when you just want to add to or change order have to go through all that everytime.
Latest update
The latest update has confused me on whether I have paused my deliveries. I’m hoping bottles don’t appear tomorrow morning. The older version was much clearer and easier to pause deliveries.
Slow and unfriendly
This app is very slow, much like the website. A really bad user experience.
Consistently a very poor app
The delivery service itself is fine, but there are constant issues with the app. Changing repeat orders - always an error. Try to pause two orders separately - can’t do it. You have to message their customer service team to get anything changed. A very poor app and every update brings new issues!
New Look and Features
Logged in to a pleasant surprise today to see an overhaul of the UI and a bunch of new (well needed) features! Nice work to the team developing this is looks and feels fantastic, super user friendly.
