- Register your pets, allowing you access to your pets’ medical history, vaccination books, and other personal details all in the palm of your hand.

- Book appointments – skip the queue and book from our full range of services at a convenient time slot of your choice with one of our expert vets.

- Change / cancel appointments – life is busy, if you need to reschedule or if you can no longer make it, you can let us know with just a few clicks in the app. Your convenience is our priority.

- Care records - view vaccinations, blood test results, microscope imagery and after care notes all in the app

- Notifications – stay up to date with all your pets’ appointments, annual check-ups, vaccinations, birthdays and much more!

- In-app payments – eliminate wait times by paying invoices and accessing receipts all within the app. Rest assured you know exactly what you’re paying for as we believe in full price transparency.

- Chat facility – Need a quick diagnosis or unsure of whether your pet requires veterinary care? Chat with one of our expert medical advisers through our in-app chat facility.

### **--- "App is slow and buggy"
1. Failed to register credit card into the database although already authorised multiple times 

2. Took a while to for payment options to be press able before anything can be chosen 

3. Would appreciate if WA CS advice is on which doctor to book first that suites our needs instead of us choosing ourself esp for first time customers 

4. would appreciate if you provide complete profile for your vets or where they got their degrees etc so we can choose the vet with confidence
